1. INTRODUCTION
DFQ Club (“DFQ Club,” “DFQ,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining clear and transparent membership arrangements.
This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which applicants and members may cancel a membership, request a refund, or discontinue their participation in DFQ 11:11.
DFQ 11:11 is a paid membership community offering access to finance-and-fitness resources, an integrated member dashboard, progress-tracking features, and other benefits specified in the applicable membership offer.
This Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and the membership offer or agreement provided to each successful applicant.
2. APPLICATIONS AND MEMBERSHIP OFFERS
Submitting an application to DFQ 11:11 does not create a payment obligation.
Applicants may progress through an application review and, where applicable, an introductory call or interview before receiving a private membership offer.
The membership offer will state the applicable fee, payment arrangements, membership duration, included benefits, renewal conditions, and any additional cancellation or refund terms.
Applicants are encouraged to review these details carefully before accepting the offer or making a payment.
3. CANCELLATION BEFORE PAYMENT
If you have submitted an application but have not paid a membership fee, you may withdraw your application by contacting us at **access@dfqclub.com**.
There is no membership fee to refund where no payment has been made.
If you have received a membership offer but have not accepted it or paid for membership, you may decline the offer without incurring a membership payment obligation, unless you have separately agreed to another lawful charge.
4. CANCELLATION AFTER PAYMENT
Members may request cancellation of their DFQ 11:11 membership at any time. However, cancellation will take effect at the end of the member’s current paid membership period, subject to applicable law and the membership agreement.
Until the paid period ends, members may continue to access the dashboard, progress-tracking features, community, and other benefits included in their membership, subject to the applicable membership terms.
A cancellation request does not automatically entitle a member to a full or partial refund for the remaining membership period.
Where membership renewal applies, cancellation will prevent the next renewal, provided the request is submitted and processed in accordance with the applicable renewal arrangements. Members should submit cancellation requests before their next renewal date and allow reasonable time for processing.
DFQ will not intentionally continue a recurring membership charge after a cancellation has taken effect, except where a payment obligation has already lawfully arisen under the applicable agreement.
Nothing in this Policy removes a cancellation or refund right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
5. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refund requests will be assessed individually, taking into account the circumstances of the request, the membership offer, the services provided, and applicable legal requirements.
A refund may be available where, for example:
– A payment was duplicated or processed incorrectly.
– DFQ received payment for a membership that was not accepted or could not be provided.
– DFQ materially failed to provide a paid service in accordance with the applicable agreement and a refund is an appropriate remedy.
– A refund is required by applicable law.
– The applicable membership offer expressly provides for a refund in the circumstances.
This list is not exhaustive and does not limit any rights available under applicable law.
6. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Subject to applicable law and the specific terms of your membership offer, a refund may not be available simply because:
– You change your mind after purchasing membership.
– You decide not to use the available membership features.
– You do not participate in the community or use the resources included in your membership.
– You do not achieve your desired financial, fitness, or personal development outcomes.
– You no longer have time to participate in the membership.
– Your personal goals or circumstances change after purchase.
These circumstances do not override any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights or any express refund commitment made by DFQ.
7. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS AFTER CANCELLATION
Once a cancellation request has been acknowledged, the membership will remain active until the end of the current paid membership period, unless applicable law or the membership agreement requires otherwise.
During the remaining paid period, members may continue to use the benefits included in their membership, subject to the applicable membership terms.
At the end of that period, membership access will expire and the member will no longer be able to use member-only features, including the DFQ 11:11 dashboard, progress-tracking tools, community areas, and other membership benefits.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals where applicable, subject to the timing and terms of the relevant membership arrangement.
Cancelling a membership does not automatically entitle a member to a refund for unused time. Any refund will be considered under the applicable refund provisions and relevant law.
Members who wish to return after their membership expires may need to submit a new application or follow the rejoining process then in effect.
8. RENEWALS AND RECURRING PAYMENTS
Membership duration, renewal arrangements, and applicable fees will be communicated in the membership offer or agreement.
If your membership includes automatic renewal or recurring payments, the arrangement must be disclosed and accepted before it takes effect, subject to applicable law.
You may request cancellation of a renewal by contacting DFQ using the details in this Policy. Requests should be submitted before the relevant renewal date to allow reasonable processing time.
Where a cancellation request is received and processed before the next renewal, the membership will end at the conclusion of the current paid period, and the next renewal should not be charged.
A cancellation request does not automatically reverse a payment that has already been processed. Any refund will be assessed under the agreed membership terms and applicable law.
9. CANCELLATION BY DFQ CLUB
DFQ Club may suspend or terminate membership for reasons including a material breach of the Terms and Conditions, misuse of the service, unlawful conduct, or serious misconduct affecting the community or its members.
Where reasonably appropriate, DFQ will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be necessary to protect members, systems, or the integrity of the community.
If DFQ terminates a paid membership without a member breach, any refund or other remedy will be determined by the applicable membership agreement and relevant law.
If a service is discontinued or becomes unavailable in a way that triggers a refund or other remedy under the membership terms or applicable law, DFQ will handle the matter accordingly.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our services, membership arrangements, operational practices, or legal obligations.

Any change affecting an existing paid membership will be handled in accordance with the applicable membership agreement and law. A revised website policy will not automatically remove rights already held by a member.
